Self care for Nurses
Hello...I am in the process of gathering information via interviews with nurses so that I can develop a CD program for nurses regarding self care. (Physical, Emotional and Spiritual) After spending 28 years in medicine (21 as an assistant to an orthopedic surgeon), I made a career change to life coaching and inspirational speaking. I recognize the fact that many nurses tend to be extremely generous in caring for and giving to others, but often fall short when it comes to taking care of themselves. I am particularly interested in the specific elements present in the lives of minority nurses. Any interested nurses willing to share 10-15 minutes in a phone interview may contact me via my website www.triumphcoach.com or email triumph@epix.net to set an phone appointment. Thanks!
