The INHL/NCHL Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Leadership Fellowship is a 12-month professional development program with an experiential learning curriculum to provide the Fellow with an opportunity to learn from successful and experienced CNOs and their executive teams in leading healthcare organizations. The program was developed for newly promoted CNOs and other CNOs seeking additional leadership development as they work more closely with all members of executive leadership teams to improve organizational quality, safety and effectiveness. With the assistance of an executive coach, the Fellow will create an Individual Leadership Development Plan (ILDP) aligned with the sponsor’s organizational goals to drive the Fellowship objectives and learning agenda.
