Response to Minority Nurse Anesthesia Diversity Program/Lena Gould
Michelle, all nurse anesthesia students thusfar who posted on the website, I know in some matter. I met them at an AANA conference, Diversity Program information session luncheon, anesthesia airway workshop, graduation dinner, clinical rotation when I was the Chief Nurse Anesthetist and so forth. But I know each has a story. Each story is compelling... Each story describes the great strides and unbelievable tenancity to make it through any Nurse Anesthesia Program. My goal is simply to share as much information to ensure your success and others across this nation, with the eventual passing of the CRNA Board Exam. The end result to utlimately take magnificent anesthetic care to our very diverse patient population. Michelle, you inspire me to advance my knowledge base for the Doctorate in Education, so that together, we can be the agent of change in the nurse anesthesia profession. T.T.B.O.D.
