Mentoring
I have had the awesome opportunity recently to communicate several times with Lena. She has been a blessing to many individuals and has inspired many more. I am an aspiring student of a CRNA program somewhere and I would like the opporunity to attend one of The Diversity In Nurse Anethesia Programs. I recently was able to view some of the activities and think it is a great opportuunity. I would like to thank Lena for such a great job at putting these programs together.
I would also like to wish Lena the best in her presentation at the national meeting (AANA). We need a strong voice if we are going to make an impact on minorities accessing the CRNA programs.
