STAFF NURSE Family Practice Dept. (Neponset Health Center) Full Time

STAFF NURSE Family Practice Dept. (Geiger Gibson Community Health Center) 2 Part Time opportunities available

Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team integrating all aspects of primary care & disease management in the Pediatric and Family Practice Departments.

Duties include telephone triage; patient access; case management, and nursing support of clinical sessions including assisting with immunizations and treatment.

Qualifications: Current MA License to practice as an RN or LPN, 1 year experience in a clinical setting providing direct nursing care, experience in a community health setting preferred, Bilingual a plus: English/Vietnamese/Spanish.
