Nurse Manager

YCS Kilbarchan Residential Treatment Center, Paterson, NJ

Manage the nursing staff (3 RN's, 4 LPN's, 2 MA's) for Newark Campus which houses a 17 bed psychiatric residential facility for children age 5-13, a 21 bed short term facility for adolescents and a Partial Day Education Program for 20 adolescents. Duties include but are not limited to the coordination of staff schedule, maintaining compliance with state and JCAHO regulatory mandates, providing hands on nursing care to staff and clients, On-call availability for questions, and supervising the nursing staff in their performance of nursing duties such as medication administration/management, health education, and chart maintenance. To qualify you must have a current New Jersey RN license, CPR certification and management experience. Pediatric and psychiatric nursing experience preferred. Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm, on-call when available. YCS-Grace Hall I & Robert J. Davis House; Newark, NJ.
