Manager Clinical Resources

The Manager of Clinical Resources is responsible for the general oversight, evaluation and recommendations of clinical equipment and technology to enhance patient safety and improve patient outcomes. This includes direct strategic involvement in planning and budgeting of operating and capital equipment for the Division of Nursing in collaboration with the Directors of Nursing. The Manager Clinical Resources will act as a liaison to the Materials Management Department as appropriate. The Clinical Resource Manager reports to the Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Patient Care Services.

Must have a current RN license in the State of Wisconsin, BSN required. Also requires a working knowledge of Infection Control practices & JCAHO, OSHA & other regulatory standards normally acquired through a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Need to demonstrate effective communication & interpersonal skills.
