Under the direction of the Joint Quality Office, this position is responsible for hospital-wide quality assessment and improvement activities, public reporting, regulatory readiness, preparation for Joint Commission & other accreditations, infection control and patient safety.

Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of healthcare management experience with quality management, regulatory and accreditation oversight. Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal & IT skills necessary. Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred. Requires a Master's degree in Nursing or related Healthcare field. CPHQ certification required within 1 year of employment.
