Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is recruiting an Ambulatory Services Manager II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within the hospital-based Surgical Services Practice. The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with the physicians, other medical center departments, management, faculty and other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities include: human resources management, daily operational efficiency and effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Ensures the effective, safe and therapeutic nursing services meet established Medical Center and accrediting agency regulations and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

BSN degree, Master's degree preferred.
2-3 years management experience in an outpatient practice setting required.
