RN Program Managers for Quality Improvement

A dynamic and successful resource promoting the betterment of health care quality expects to expand its multi-state operations into South Carolina, specifically the Columbia area, and is seeking to identify experienced RN leaders to direct health care quality initiatives. We are looking for candidates with a strong CQI background and experience and/or specialized training or certification in a relevant area or aspect of clinical care, such as acute care, long-term care, patient safety, caring for disparate patient populations, and/or practice management. A BSN degree is required, with an MSN or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred. Must be a proven team leader with a passion for initiatives designed to improve health care and have the demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between the company and health care providers throughout SC. Excellent program management and communication skills will be critical to success in these positions. Preference will be given to those with at least five (5) years of program-administration experience in QA/QI. Requires current license to practice as a professional registered nurse in the state of South Carolina. Some travel is required.
