The primary purpose of this position is to promote health, independence and well-being for each resident on the Life Enrichment Unit.
You will assess the physical and functional ability for all potential move-ins to the Life Enrichment Community with the assistance from the Program Director.
You will work with the interdisciplinary team to obtain a care plan and outline resident services, provides support, encouragement and motivation for the residents of the LEP.
You will be responsible for coordinating services, clarify and outline expectations of all employees, promotes goals and philosophy of the Life Enrichment Program.
Current Massachusetts Nursing License required.
2 years previous experience working in a community based or assisted living setting.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Previous experience working with Alzheimers/Dementia related diseases preferred.
