System Director, Clinical Resource Management
We have an exciting opportunity for a system wide Director of Clinical Resource Management. Reporting to the System Senior Vice President/System Chief Nursing Officer, this position provides strategic leadership and direction to enterprise wide clinical resource management including staffing, scheduling, patient acuity and assignment, ensuring overall staffing effectiveness system wide. This includes oversight and direction of the and nursing resource teams and the central staffing office as well as development and implementation of staffing standards and metrics related to staffing effectiveness and resource trends across Legacy.
