Centra's HR Department is currently hiring for a Senior Nurse Recruiter.
The Senior Recruiter for Nursing provides intensive support to all areas experiencing market driven RN vacancies requiring national searches and aggressive recruitment strategies. Incumbent is responsible for developing strategic recruitment initiatives, spearheading campus recruiting events and developing outreach programs with colleges and universities, both locally and nationally. The successful candidate will also partner with nursing executives to develop workforce strategies in areas experiencing high vacancy and/or projected growth.
BSN degree required. Three to five years recruiting experience in a high volume setting. Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices with specific knowledge of recruitment best practices. Must have a hands-on style with strong assessment, interpersonal and organizational capabilities. Some travel as required.
