UNC-CH, a research intensive, top ranked school of nursing is seeking outstanding candidates with demonstrated scholarship in biobehavioral nursing science; management of chronic conditions, or comparative effectiveness research, including economic analyses.
Scholars are welcome to apply if they have established competitive programs of research or have shown exceptional promise. Responsibilities include teaching and mentoring in the undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral programs, maintaining an ongoing, funded program of research, and working collaboratively with colleagues in the school of nursing and across the university. Opportunities for practice are available.
Requirements include an earned doctorate in nursing or a relevant field, evidence of scholarship sufficient to qualify for a tenure-track faculty position, and experience in teaching and mentoring undergraduate or graduate students.
