Description: As a registered professional nurse, under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Patient Care, the RN Nurse Supervisor is responsible for staffing and day-to-day Hospital Operations. The RN Nurse Supervisor is accountable for the administrative coordination of all patient care services division activities which take place during the assigned tour of duty in the Manager/Director’s absence.

Requirements: To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current IL RN license, currently certified in CPR, and ACLS required along with two or more years related experience in a variety of nursing positions which provide detailed knowledge of the activities of a nursing department possess the knowledge and skill in utilizing management principles and methods demonstrated problem solving ability.
