Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in health care or related field
• 3 years of previous ambulatory supervisory or management experience
• 3-5 years related physician practice management experience.
• 2 years experience in ambulatory care setting. Experience managing clinical and non-clinical operations.
• Basic knowledge of ambulatory coding, physician billing
• Organizational, planning & delegation skills.
• Team building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Physician relations.
• Demonstrates leadership attributes.
• Results-oriented and ability to use Performance Improvement tools.
• Prior experience with personal computers using office software and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word, Excel)

Job Description:

To provide administrative leadership to medical office practices. Plans, coordinates and manages personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. Collaborates with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care.
