The College of Nursing at the University of Cincinnati is currently seeking a program/project coordinator to manage a 12-month Ohio MEDTAPP HCA Grant. The program director will oversee the implementation and completion of various grant activities, ensuring compliance and partnering with the College of Medicine and Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Under general supervision from principle investigator and co-investigator, will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the project and will act as a liaison for all partners.
Specific Duties Include: Provide administrative direction and budget oversight for the project. Facilitate agenda for UC/Community Leadership Steering Committee and ensure orientation of faculty and staff, as well as implementation of grant with all partners as proposed. Oversee implementation of project deliverables and monitor performance measures. Make sure CON meets funder requirements as mandated by Ohio Medicaid. Complete reports on project and performance of measures. Collaborate with principal and co-investigator. Implement policies and procedures. Perform duties based on grant and college needs.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience; OR associate degree with 5 years experience; OR 7 years experience. Experience must be in program development or business administration. Experience must include at least 1 year of supervision.
