Fletcher Allen Health Care is a 562-bed academic medical center affiliated with the University of Vermont College of Medicine and Schools of Allied Health and Nursing and Health Sciences. We are a Level 1 Trauma Center serving a population of one million throughout Vermont and Northern New York.
We are currently seeking an experienced nurse to work with our OR teams in a dynamic, multidisciplinary teaching environment. A minimum of one years’ experience, in an OR environment, is required.
Fletcher Allen's state-of-the-art OR consists of seventeen, integrated suites at the main campus, including two video integrated ORs, a hybrid OR and a five-room Ambulatory Surgery Center. We perform surgical procedures across a continuum of clinical areas such as cardiac, pediatrics, transplants, joint replacement, open hearts, gynecology and plastics utilizing Di Vinci Robot technology.
Our team-centered OR features an active Education Council, a Practice Quality & Research Council and a Leadership Council.
