St. Catherine University in St. Paul/Minneapolis is a comprehensive Catholic university with the nation’s largest college for women at its center. The Department of Nursing invites applicants for a part-time (.75 FTE) temporary ranked position starting immediately to teach associate degree nursing students.

Department faculty are committed to educating learners to be leaders in nursing through experience in classroom and simulated laboratory/clinical settings and to providing access to diverse groups of students. Associate degree students are encouraged to advance their nursing careers. The Nursing curricula are organized in such a way that students can easily ladder to a baccalaureate or higher degree.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include teaching students in the classroom, simulated lab, and clinical settings, and engaging in scholarship and service per university guidelines.

Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in nursing and eligibility for RN licensure in the State of Minnesota. Recent clinical experience in medical/surgical nursing is also required. Strongly prefer a graduate degree in Nursing and recent nursing lab teaching experience. Must have excellent team work and communication skills.
