SUNY Sullivan is seeking to fill two full-time of Nursing Faculty positions. These full-time, tenure-track positions in the Health Sciences Division begin late August 2014. The successful candidates must be able to assume responsibilities that include classroom and clinical teaching in all areas of Nursing. Faculty members are expected to participate in curriculum development and review and serve on college-wide committees. Summer teaching, overload and advising are separately compensated.
A Master’s degree in Nursing is required with clinical experience and a current New York State license as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in curriculum development, clinical and classroom teaching is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to the community college philosophy and are willing to work in a collegial setting.

Friday, May 2, 2014, in anticipation of a Fall, 2014 semester appointment. The hiring range for this position will be commensurate with faculty ranking, at a starting range of $42,000 to $50,000.
