Must have current or be eligible for DEA license. Prefer ACLS certification, experience with college health population, Masters level degree or higher and demonstrated success in working with diverse populations. Nurse Practitioner must have Registered Nurse license or eligible for license in the state of Wisconsin, Nurse Practitioner certification from a nationally recognized accrediting body, Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license or eligible for license in the State of Wisconsin.

Whitewater is 50 miles from Milwaukee, 45 miles from Madison and 110 miles from Chicago.
