Basic Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with at least 5 years experience in Disability Management and/or Case Management. Customer service focus with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred
Experience in Behavioral Health management, Experience and familiarity with FML, the interactive process, ADA, workers comp process, Certification in Disability and/or Case Management
Details:
Provides case management services for US GSK population across all areas of the business to support optimal employee health and productivity outcomes including safe, timely and productive return to work from STD and FML. Provides consultative guidance to US GSK employees, management, HR and medical providers including interpreting policies related to STD and FMLA absences and return to work processes to maximize productivity and minimize the impact of ill health and absence. Assures compliance with GSK and external health and legal standards. Executes absence management and health promotions strategies. Travel to the Upper Merion and Upper Providence sites required as needed.
