Executive Director, New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing (NJCCN)
We are recruiting for an Executive Director (ED) to direct and oversee the strategic vision and work plan of the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing (NJCCN). The NJCCN was established by State legislators and has a 17-member Board of Directors appointed by the Governor and Senate President of key representatives of nursing and health organizations in New Jersey. The Collaborating Center is responsible for collecting and analyzing Board of Nursing education and nursing workforce data essential to meeting the health care needs of the State. The ED reports to the Board of Directors and the Dean of the Rutgers School of Nursing.
The successful candidate must be doctorally-prepared with a strong program of scholarship on nursing workforce policies and issues. Position requires excellent administrative, fiscal, and interpersonal skills, able to work well with the various stakeholders in nursing.
