We are currently seeking qualified Licensed Vocational Nurses to work full-time at our client facilities in Mexia and Corpus Christi, Texas. Residents and those who work here have the very best of both worlds: the relaxed approach to life of a smaller community setting, and all the attractions of a larger city just a short drive away! The LVN will ensure treatment and general welfare of patients. He/She will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, and performs Nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift. Performs basic and complex nursing tasks to fulfill the health needs of the most medically fragile individuals.
Must have full-time availability for 2nd shift, along with rotated weekend availability. Must have at least one year experience in nursing preferably in the areas of mental health, developmental disabilities, long-term care or similar settings. Must possess an active Texas nursing license, current CPR certification and TB clearance. Candidate must be able to pass background and drug screens.
