REM Minnesota Community Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal services to approximately 30 individuals with disabilities in a group home setting in the Anoka and Ramsey County area under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN's essential job functions include:
Development and oversight of health care services which address the medical, behavioral, social and environmental needs of individuals receiving services
Planing, presenting and attending trainings related to health care services and issues of the individuals being served
Designing and implementing systems to ensure health and safety of the individuals receiving services
