We clearly acknowledge our responsibility to create a setting supported by a culture of civility and mutual respect. We believe that student success is not a destination but a journey to which we all contribute, and we accept fully the importance of creating a culture that provides academic and student support services that "wrap around" the student. We embrace the social and economic development mission of community colleges as we meet the education and workforce needs of the greater Silicon Valley.
