The George Washington University School of Nursing seeks applications for two faculty positions at the Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our growing, energetic and creative faculty in our fully-accredited Undergraduate Nursing program.
Basic Qualifications: Applicants must: (1) be a Registered Nurse eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia; (2) have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing; and (3) have a minimum of two years of experience teaching in an undergraduate nursing program.
This is a recruitment for two, twelve-month positions. Rank, salary, and employment in either tenure or non-tenure track faculty positions will be commensurate with experience.
Successful candidates with an earned doctorate in nursing or a closely related field will be considered for appointment at the rank of Assistant and Associate Professor. Review of applications will begin November 5, 2012, and continue until the positions are filled.
