The Department of Nursing is expanding the size of the Family and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner- DNP program which has a focus on primary care. We invite applications for a full-time, 10 month, non-tenure track nursing faculty position. Required qualifications are DNP degree or enrolled in a DNP program, a minimum of 3 years current practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner, national certification, eligible for Pennsylvania RN license and NP certification, and graduate teaching experience. Responsibilities include classroom and clinical teaching, student advising, and academic committee service. We also have several openings for part-time clinical NP faculty. Positions begin in August 2013.
