The University of Missouri-St. Louis, College of Nursing invites applications for the following positions
Director of Research
Tenure-track position at the associate or professorial rank, will report to the Associate Dean for the PhD Program and Research, and will be responsible for stimulating expansion of the research enterprise within the College of Nursing and teaching in his or her area of expertise. Doctorate in nursing or a related field required.
Tenure Track Nursing Faculty
The faculty member in this position will teach in BSN, MSN, DNP and/or PhD programs and are expected to build sustained programs of extramurally funded nursing research. Doctoral degree in nursing or a related field required. Master’s degree in nursing and licensure as a registered nurse in Missouri before employment also required.
Non-tenure Nurse Practitioner
The faculty member in this position will teach in the MSN and DNP programs and will provide clinical supervision for MSN students specializing in one of the college’s nurse practitioner emphasis areas. A master’s degree in nursing, national certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a particular emphasis area, and licensure as a registered nurse in Missouri before employment required; doctoral degree preferred.
Non-tenure Track Nursing Faculty
The faculty member in this position will teach in the BSN program and will provide clinical supervision for BSN students. All candidates teaching nursing theory or clinical courses should have a Master’s degree in nursing and licensure as a registered nurse in Missouri before employment.

Salary: Salary and rank are competitive and dependent upon qualifications.
