The George Washington University (GW) School of Nursing invites applications for two (2) new tenure or tenure-track faculty positions in health services research, with a focus in health policy.
These positions require demonstrated ability to make significant contributions in health policy research, obtain external research funding, teach research courses in the School of Nursing’s graduate programs, and mentor junior faculty and students in health services research.
Qualifications: (1) A doctoral degree in public health, public policy, economics, psychology, nursing, or a related field; (2) strong methodological skills; (3) a research agenda in an area of health policy such as health care quality, cost containment, disparities, and/or decision making; and (4) potential for or demonstrated excellence in teaching.
