Job Description:
POSITION: A full-time tenure-track position in the Department of Nursing. Review of applications will begin March 1, 2010.
DATE: Position available August 1, 2010.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching and clinical supervision of students; primarily in fundamentals, adult health, and community-based experiences; and participation in committee work, public service, scholarly activities, and professional organizations expected.
QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate in Nursing or related field and Masters in Nursing required; current active RN license with eligibility for Missouri licensure required; and recent clinical experience, 3 years minimum in the last 5 years, required. The successful candidate must have demonstrated commitment to working with multicultural populations and awareness of issues affecting women and minorities.
SALARY: Commensurate with professional experience and qualifications; excellent fringe benefits.
