The College of Nursing and Health Sciences invites applications for faculty to teach BSN, MSN, and RN to BSN programs. Candidate must have experience in Adult Health, Community, Maternal Child, or Mental Health Nursing and a minimum of a Masters degree. An earned doctorate in nursing or a related field is preferred. Previous classroom/clinical experience, evidence of scholarship, experience in distance learning, and participation in professional and community organizations preferred. Rank and salary are contingent upon qualifications, experience and needs of the university.
Faculty member will be responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical teaching assignments in the undergraduate or graduate nursing programs based on preparation. Student advisement, committee work, and recruitment are expected. Scholarship expectations commensurate with academic rank.
