The primary purpose of this position is to provide strategic and operational leadership to the NFP nursing department. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the position is responsible for executive leadership and direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing department activities; evaluating and improving program quality; implementing operational efficiencies; implementing program educational activities; and contributing to policy development, planning, decision-making and fiscal management.
This position is based in the NFP National Service Office in Denver, Colorado.
