Job Description:
Springfield Regional Medical Center, www.springfieldregional.org, an affiliate of Community Mercy Health Partners, is currently seeking a Director of Quality and Case Management. The applicant will oversee quality reviews and reporting; performance improvement; analysis of serious adverse events; and infection control. Collaborates closely with and assists case management; documentation specialists; divisional patient safety officer; risk management; discharge planners; nursing leadership; divisional quality leadership; and medical staff of peer review activities. Prepares and submits quality reports as required by external agencies and payers. Facilitates and supports the quality, patient safety and performance improvement committee infrastructure. Current OH RN with Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree preferred. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred. Strong in Quality and Case Management experience.
