The Nursing Program seeks a Director for its CCNE accredited baccalaureate program, and accelerated program. This is a twelve month, tenure track position and it requires a doctorate in Nursing or related field and a master’s degree in a clinical discipline. The successful candidate will have teaching experience and evidence of scholarship. Responsibilities include directing the program, and teaching 2-3 courses per year including teaching responsibilities in the online Nurse Educator and or Clinical Nurse Leader MSN tracks.
The Director reports to the School Dean for Health Sciences and Human Performance. The Nursing Program is one of six programs in the School and is one of the largest majors at Lynchburg College. Selected candidate must successfully pass a background check that is satisfactory to the College.
