We are searching for a candidate to fulfill the position of Director of Nursing Program.
This full-time position will provide overall direction of the College's Nursing Program. Plan, develop policy and provide periodic review of program effectiveness; manage Nursing Department budget, maintain program accreditation and ensure program compliance with regulatory agencies. Direct the preparation of skilled healthcare professionals, teach courses and supervise faculty.
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher with a major in Nursing and will be licensed as registered professional nurse in Illinois or willing to obtain a license transfer to Illinois. In addition, a minimum of two years' experience in clinical nursing practice and a minimum of two years' experience as an instructor in a nursing education program are required.
