Director of Emergency Department
Leesburg Regional Medical Center, a 322-bed acute care facility north of Orlando recognized on the local, state and national level as an employer-of-choice, has an opportunity for an experienced Emergency Nursing professional to join our growing team.
As the Director you will coordinate and evaluate the quality of nursing/patient care, financial stability and service productivity of the Emergency Department. Responsible for the professional development and morale of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the department.
To qualify you must have:
• Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred
• Current Florida RN licensure
• BLS for Healthcare providers preferred
• Emergency Nursing clinical experience
• Nursing management/leadership experience in an acute care facility
