Nurse Leadership Opportunities!

• Nurse Manager Ambulatory
Responsible for overall quality of clinical service provided by all ambulatory department’s nursing team members. Must have 5+ years’ pediatric nursing experience.

• Manager of Clinical & Organizational Development
Design, coordinate and implement orientation, training, and continuing education for nursing staff.

• Director, Emergency Services
Accountable for ensuring consistent quality outcomes and improvement, and proactive financial management for the ED, Transport Program, and Trauma Department. Minimum of 5-7 years’ management experience required, preferably with 1-2 years’ financial management exposure. Must have experience leading redesign and performance improvement activities within a multisystem setting.
The above positions require BSN; Master’s preferred, CT RN licensure, 1-3 years’ leadership experience and current BLS/CPR.

• Assistant Nurse Manager - Post Anesthesia Care Unit
Assists with supervision and coordination of daily activities and operations of assigned inpatient nursing unit. BSN strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Diploma and ASN nurses with an identified plan to complete a B.S. degree in a reasonable timeframe will be considered. Current CT RN licensure, BLS/CPR in adult, child and infant, and 3 years of recent acute care staff nursing experience with unit patient population required.
