The Clinical Manager provides clinical supervision and performance management functions for the Orthopedics unit.

The Human Motion Institute (HMI) is a 24-bed unit, multidisciplinary Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence. Exempla Lutheran Medical Center is the only Colorado hospital to have Joint Commission Disease Specific Certification for any Orthopedic/Spine Care. We earned the 2007-2009 United Health Care Three Stars and Higher Efficiency Spine and Joint Care Centers of Excellence.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• One year of previous management experience
• Current State of Colorado Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support certification
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Four years of hospital/clinical nursing experience
