The Clinical Account Management Director is responsible for clinical account management of an assigned group of clients (80% 1-5k, 20% 5K+ segment). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides consultative subject matter expert information on 360 Health programs. Presents prepared reports to the client to demonstrate clinical program value. Manages clinical service issues to ensure that performance guarantees are met, and that clinical issues are proactively resolved. Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Participates in the process for clinical program implementations. Understands the issues specific to the client and applies knowledge, insight and experience into strategic recommendations. Understands the business processes that the system supports.
Requires an AS in nursing; 5 years of current clinical/functional area experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required. 2 years of account management in a managed care setting with experience in sales, account management, and program development is preferred.
