The Chair of the Department of Physiological and Technological Nursing is a dynamic academic leader who works collaboratively with other members of the College of Nursing administrative team and oversees the faculty and staff associates of the Department. The department chair guides the professional development of assigned employees and fosters collegiality among members of the Department, the College and the University.
Successful candidates will possess an earned doctorate in nursing or a related field; experience with curriculum and faculty development; and demonstrated success in faculty leadership and administration. Preparation for and/or experience in healthcare research highly desirable. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
