EMPLOYMENT DATE: August 19, 2010
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Renewable, Full-time, 165 Days
JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time, tenure track position in Associate Degree Nursing Program. The successful candidate will join a dynamic faculty engaged in team teaching in a critical thinking-based, integrated curriculum. Position involves classroom and clinical teaching, committee responsibilities, student advisement and other duties assigned by the Provost/Vice President of the College.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of recent clinical experience required. Strong medical-surgical nursing background required. Mental health nursing experience desirable. Experience working in a multicultural setting and with a diverse student population including traditional and under-prepared students is highly desirable.
EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $41,864 - $52,329 - Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
