Salary & Benefits: Starting salary is subject to the Salary Schedule (http://dept.sfcollege.edu/humresources). Compensation package is comprised of many college paid benefits including health and life insurance, retirement, leave time, and fee waivers.

OVERVIEW: Santa Fe College’s Nursing Program is seeking one qualified nurse for a full-time faculty position in the ASN Nursing Program. Primary assignments will include teaching fundamentals and psychiatric nursing with association clinical. Tentative interview dates will be the week of November 3rd with a start date of January 4, 2010.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters Degree in Nursing and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing with current active RN Florida license is required. Current psychiatric clinical experience is also required with relevant teaching experience preferred. A criminal background check will be conducted.

APPLICATION PROCESS: All applicants must submit a SFC application, letter of intent, current resume, three letters of professional reference (emailed to lois.ellis@sfcollege.edu), a copy of active RN Florida license, current CPR and all college transcripts sent from all college(s) to SFC. A SFC application should be requested or one will be forwarded upon receipt of required materials. Unofficial transcripts will only be accepted for review purposes. Candidates should be aware that official transcripts will be required prior to any offer of employment being made. All information must be submitted to the Human Resources office, Santa Fe College, by the application deadline.
