GLBT Nurses
Would there be any interest in having a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) nurses forum on MinorityNurse.com? This would be a forum where GLBT nurses could network, share experiences and resources, and discuss GLBT health issues. If we receive enough responses expressing interest, MinorityNurse.com will add this new forum ASAP.
We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

GLBT health issues
Sun, 04/19/2009 - 9:41pm — olynn_stevensI think would be a great new forum. I would definitely be interested.
Thanks for your response
Mon, 04/20/2009 - 2:21pm — Pam_ChwedykThanks for expressing interest in discussing GLBT health issues in the Community Forum. Apparently people have been a little shy about responding to this post, so it's good to hear from at least one person who's interested. There's certainly a lot of things nurses and nursing students need to know about eliminating health disparities that affect this particular minority population.
Perhaps the next step would be for you to post a question or comment about a GLBT health concern that's of interest to you, to see if we can get some discussion started.
