UA Fort Smith has been a leader in learning since 1928, and is the sixth largest university in Arkansas. UA Fort Smith serves more than 20,000 people annually in credit and noncredit programs. Under the direction of the Dean, the Associate Dean will have responsibility for planning, development, and administration of all educational programs within the College. Specifically, the associate dean will be accountable for collection of outcome data for all programs. Responsibilities also include curriculum development and teaching in the BSN Program. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
