Retention Specialist/Nursing Counselor

College of the Mainland, Texas City, TX

Minimum Qualifications:

Training and Experience:

Required: Masters Degree in counseling and be eligible to pursue an LPC certification to practice in State of Texas. Two years working as educational counselor.

Preferred: LPC certification to practice in State of Texas and Registered Nurse licensed to practice in State of Texas. Two years experience working as educational counselor at a community college.

Classification: Staff Salary Scale (C53) – Salary Range $47,239 (minimum) - $61,636 (midrange)
