Positions Available for Nursing: BSN and MSN programs with CCNE accreditation. Nursing Department Chair, Professor (Tenure Track): Twelve month, tenure track professor for Fall 2008. Ph.D. in Nursing or related academic area; the ability to teach courses in related areas of expertise, evidence of a distinguished record of teaching and scholarly achievement appropriate to a tenured faculty appointment at the rank of professor; and a commitment to a quality nursing education program are required. Endowed Professor, Gerontology/Medical Surgical (Tenure Track): Ten month, tenure track, associate professor or professor for Fall 2008. Ph.D. in Nursing or related academic area; the ability to teach courses in related areas of expertise; evidence of reviewed research in area of Gerontology and other areas of expertise; and a commitment to a quality nursing education program are required.
