RN-BSN Program Track Clinical Track Faculty Positions in Community Health Nursing and Leadership and Management

Arizona State University College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation invites applications for full-time clinical track positions. The College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation, under the leadership of Dean Bernadette Melnyk, has implemented a bold, new strategic plan that has at its core excellence in educational innovation, practice relevant research and scholarship, and commit­ment to community partnerships.

Under President Michael Crow’s direction, ASU is defining the New American University.  ASU has established itself as a driving force to improve the quality of life in local neighborhoods, a vital partner with state government to ensure continued and responsible economic growth of Arizona, and an emerging force on the global stage. With baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral nursing programs, you will have many opportunities to contribute to excellence in teaching, research and scholarship, and advancement of the practice.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Didactic and clinical instruction within specialty area,
  • Demonstration of current knowledge in field with ability to translate and extend that knowledge to students,
  • Incorporation of scholarly and creative activities into clinical practice and teaching, and
  • Participation and leadership through appointed and voluntary activities that contribute to the college, university and community.

Required: Master's degree in nursing, eligible for licensure in Arizona; clinical, teaching and professional activity appropriate for rank.
Desired: Doctorate preferred; evidence of specialty in community health and/or nursing leadership and management.
