The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing is one of the nation's oldest university nursing programs, with a distinguished tradition of leadership in nursing research and education. It is situated on the beautiful lakeshore campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, one of the world's leading public universities and research institutions. In 2012, the School of Nursing broke ground on the construction of Signe Skott Cooper Hall, a $53 million state-of-the-art building. Cooper Hall, opening in fall of 2014, will house the Center for Technology-Enhanced Nursing (CTEN) and its dynamic simulation laboratory for both research and education.
