Phoebe Pollitt, Carrie Streeter, and Cynthia Walsh
Phoebe Pollitt, R.N., Ph.D., practiced public health nursing for more than 20 years while teaching part time. She is now a full-time assistant professor of nursing at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Carrie Streeter is a master’s degree student in history at Appalachian State, with an interest and published works in mental health care. Cynthia A. Walsh, M.A., J.D., is licensed to practice law in New Mexico, the Navajo Nation, and the Sioux Rosebud Reservation. She has worked in federal/tribal law as well as public regulations law.
